Working out for a New Convention That I Will Be Attending

Finding treadmills is going to be my goal for this year. I would like a good machine that will work out well for me. I want to start exercising indoors because I feel like it is such a necessity for me. I really would like to make sure that I get in shape before a convention that I have to go to. Getting Gym Equipment at the Office

At the office where I work at, it’s very small. It’s just one attorney and two paralegals. Often we are busy during lunch and have to work through lunch or eat our food at our desks. Then we have a little time left over and it’s awfully boring just sitting there. I asked the attorney that we work for if we could turn the spare conference room into a small gym. If we have to be there during lunch or early in the mornings, it would be nice to at least get to use a treadmill or other exercise machines. He told me he would look at some used commercial exercise equipment that one of the gyms had near his house. The next day he brought in two treadmills, some small hand weights and an elliptical machine. It was great to be able to use the exercise equipment even if it was just a few things. The gym down the street was too expensive for me to join and I really want to get in shape.

My Preparation to Hike Up Mount Kinabalu

My plan to conquer Mount Kinabalu has been a long delayed plan. I finally took some time off and planned it with some friends who wanted to join along. Flights are cheaper if they are booked in advanced for a few months. We picked a later date so that we can trained and improve on our stamina before we hike up Mount Kinabalu. I decided that I should invest in the best exercise bike to help me with that. I decided on an exercise bike because I have always preferred to cycle than to run. After getting the exercise bike, I cycled on it daily for 45 minutes to an hour. Sometimes, when the weather is good, I go out for runs to help me improve my stamina. I also trained running on slopes as I will be encountering a lot slopes on my hike up the Mount Kinabalu. The day soon came. My friends and I bravely hike up the Mount Kinabalu and conquered it the next day.
