Locations To Work With Personal Trainers
Do you want your trainer to come to your home? Or, will you meet your trainer at a facility? You can do oblique exercises in either one, but to accommodate a trainer in your home, you need to have space for a workout. Depending on your trainer, he or she may bring equipment, or you may have your own home equipment.
Of course, if the trainer comes to you, this requires the least amount of effort on your behalf. All you need to do is be prepared for your workout when he or she arrives .
Having your trainer travel to your home requires more prep time and is likely to be more expensive than meeting at a facility. Furthermore, you need to be sure you can prevent other interruptions during your home training sessions. Alternatively, you can meet your trainer at your gym, a personal training studio, or a mutually agreed upon location.
