Android seems to have taken over and bettered some of the things that iPhone users didn’t like about it. The great thing about it though is that an Android phone is completely different to an iPhone really because they aren’t competing in the same way.

Android is about the platform and how it is open for developers to come up with any applications they want for it. The iPhone is all about that one phone, which of course is very good but doesn’t offer the same flexibility as the iPhone does.

It’s hard to believe how far Android phones have come in the last 2 and 3 quarter years. Android started as something completely unknown but it’s now competing strongly with Apple and the iPhone for the number one spot in terms of phone sales.

If you haven’t looked at an Android phone they are definitely worth a look because they might offer you something the iPhone doesn’t.
